Designed for those with little to no experience, this course covers the foundational techniques and principles of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and grappling in a supportive, step-by-step environment. Over the course of 8-weeks, you’ll learn everything from basic positions and submissions to fundamental escapes and sweeps, building a solid foundation for your grappling game.
Our experienced instructors will guide you every step of the way, ensuring you progress at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable. Whether you're looking to get in shape, build confidence, or explore a new sport, this course will set you up for long-term success in your grappling journey.

Our timetable includes a variety of classes throughout the week across multiple disciplines and skill levels, as well as weekend classes and open mats.We run classes 6-days a week and our monthly members benefit from 24-hour access to the mat space - providing unlimited Jiu Jitsu!
As well as being a gym of active competitors, travelling regularly across the country for grappling matches and tournaments, we very much welcome beginners and our classes are adapted to cater for all levels of experience and for those who simply want to learn the martial art.
We will even provide you with a Gi to borrow if it’s your first time!
